• The use of the microfilm records of the National Director's office (Canada) USWA is restricted to persons having the written permission of the current National Director or his designate.

• The applicant understands that permission to examine the records does not include permission to publish any part of the archive, and accepts his/her responsibility to obtain permission to publish from the National Director of the United Steelworkers of America or his designate.

• The applicant agrees to follow the rules for the use of archival material as displayed in the Divisional Reading Room.
