Policies
- Equipment bookings may be made up until 3 p.m., one day in advance of need (depending on availability of the equipment).
- Data projectors for showing PowerPoint presentations are often in high demand and are often reserved days or weeks in advance. These are a high price item and while we continue to add them to our inventory demand keeps ahead of supply.
- During peak times there is no guarantee we can provide service.
- We may be forced to refuse same day requests due to limits on staffing and equipment availability. Our advice is to book equipment and other services as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.
