Biographical history
Elsie J. Corrigan wrote an M.A. thesis, titled "Naomi Mitchison's Treatment of the Historical Novel", at the University of Toronto in 1951. She died in the late 1970s, probably 1979.

Collection was donated by National Archives of Canada in September 1979. The National Archives was given the collection in the summer of 1979 by Corrigan's laywer, John D. Honsberger of Toronto, Ontario from Corrigan's estate.
