Purchase of 33 acres of Crown lands for $52, lot number one, in the
Tenth Concession, Township of North Crosby, reserving free access to
the shore of South Lake, for all vessels, boats and persons. The grant
was given at Quebec on 28 November 1860 by Lieutenant General Sir William
Fenwick. Signed by the Secretary of the Council and the Assistant Commissioner
of Crown Lands. The sale was registered on 14 December 1860.
